I feel like I’m stuck in this endless loop with it. It takes forever to pair in the first place, and just when I think it’s finally working, it disconnects again. it’s really frustrating...

The site was simple to use and I found what I needed quickly. There was maybe a tiny bit of clicking around that felt preventable, but overall it was a smooth experience

I bought this from ejeas.com after looking around for a replacement, and I’m disappointed. I opened it up at my kitchen table while I was charging my other gear, and the first thing I noticed was how cheap the plastic felt. The buttons also don’t sit quite right, like they’re a little uneven or not fitted properly. After just a few days of normal use, it already started feeling a bit loose, which doesn’t give me much confidence that it’ll last. Maybe I expected too much, but I’m really not happy with the build quality

I really wanted to like this, but the audio just isn’t where it should be. Voices sound kind of muffled, and I noticed some crackling, especially when I’m riding faster. Setup was fine and it technically works, but for what it costs, I think it’s fair to expect clearer sound. I don’t like being overly harsh, but I also think people should know before spending their money...

In the end, I just couldn’t rely on it. I bought it mostly for the GPS audio, and that was the one thing I really needed to work smoothly while riding.

The voice prompts would come in late or sometimes not play at all, which gets annoying fast when you’re trying to follow directions. I messed with the settings and reconnected it a few times, but nothing really changed. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it felt more frustrating than finished

I’ve used ejeas.com a handful of times, and to be fair, the buttons are easy to find and click, which is always a nice surprise these days. Some pages do take their sweet time after you press them, but I guess patience is part of the experience. Nothing that completely ruins it, though. Overall, it works fine enough for me.

I ordered this from Ejeas thinking the setup would be quick and straightforward, but it ended up taking way more time than I expected.
The instructions were kind of vague in a few spots, so I kept having to pause and look up videos just to figure out basic steps. Pairing was also a pain and failed a couple of times before it finally connected.

Once everything was set up, it worked fine, so I wouldn’t say it’s a total regret. But if you’re expecting an easy install, save your time and be ready for some frustration...

I had to send one item back because it just didn’t work with my setup. I’ll give Ejeas credit, even if I wasn’t thrilled about dealing with a return—their team responded within a day and laid out the warranty and return process clearly. The refund took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but in the end it got sorted. Not perfect, but i’d probably order from them again.

I did get my order and everything was fine when it arrived, but the shipping took longer than I expected. I’ve ordered from a few similar places that got packages to me faster, so this felt a little behind in comparison. Not a terrible experience overall, just not the quickest

I expected the intercom to work over a better distance, but the range ended up being way too short for what I needed. I reached out hoping to get some help or answers quickly, and I was expecting a faster response...

I picked this up because it was fairly cheap, and it’s okay for what I paid. My brother said the same thing, it does the job, but there’s nothing really special about it. Not bad overall, just average

I really wanted this to work, but the fit felt a little awkward on me and started getting tight quickly. I tried adjusting it a few different ways, but it still wasn’t comfortable enough for longer use. For me, comfort matters a lot—especially if you’re spending money on something you’re supposed to rely on, so I don’t feel right saying it was a good fit for me.

So... I mainly bought this for the noise cancellation, but it hasn’t done much. I can still hear wind and traffic clearly, and voices get kind of messy when I’m riding. The device works okay overall, and maybe I’m just not the most patient person with tech stuff, but the firmware updates feel more confusing than they should. The app handles the basics, though it can be a little slow and kind of dated. Support did get back to me, but not super quickly, to be fair, I probably waited until the last minute to deal with it anyway. It’s usable for sure, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I did get responses eventually, but the wait between replies was frustrating. After going back and forth and sitting around for updates, I was just tired of dealing with it. They answered my questions in the end, but the slow support definitely wore me down a bit.

I was disappointed with the music playback on mine. Songs just come through flat and kind of crackly, and there’s barely any bass at all.

It also randomly cuts in and out sometimes, even when my phone is sitting right nearby. I tried different songs, adjusted settings, restarted things — give me a break, none of it really made a difference.

For phone calls, it might be fine, but if you’re buying it mainly for music, I wouldn’t recommend it. For the price, I expected way better sound, and I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.
